If you're located elsewhere, feel free to contact us to ask about special shipping options.


Processing Time

– Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment.
– We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
– You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand: 1–3 business days


Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs or high-volume seasons.


Shipping Costs

– Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
– Shipping insurance is available on request — just contact us if you'd like to add it.


 

Incorrect Addresses

– Please double-check your address when placing your order.
– If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and make sure you’re taken care of.
For damaged items, please send us photos of the product and packaging.
